第一章总则
第一条为发展我院的留学生教育事业，鼓励外国留学生勤奋学习，特设立常州机电职业技术学院“知行”奖学金，为规范开展评选工作，制定本办法。
第二条本办法适用于常州机电职业技术学院在读外国学历留学生。
第二章参评条件
第三条参评者须同时具备以下条件
1、遵守中国法律、法规和学院、各二级学院的各项规章制度；
2、尊重各国的风俗习惯，维护各国人民之间的团结友谊；
3、尊敬师长，团结同学，品行端正，乐于帮助同学适应中国的学习生活；
4、学习勤奋刻苦，成绩优良；
5、积极参加学院、各二级学院组织的各种活动，有良好的团队意识；
第四条凡本学年中有下列情况之一者，均不得参评各类奖学金
1、延长学习期限的学生；
2、因违反外国人出入境管理有关规定而受到行政处罚者；
3、因违反校纪校规受到警告及以上处分，或在宿舍因吵闹、扰民被报警者；
4、参评当年所学课程期末考试有科目不及格者；
第三章奖项设置
第五条学院奖学金
1、一等奖学金：获得者人数占本届留学生总人数的2%，每人奖励1000元。
2、二等奖学金：获得者人数占本届留学生总人数的6%，每人奖励800元。
3、三等奖学金：获得者人数占本届留学生总人数的12%，每人奖励500元。
第四章评定标准
第六条学院奖学金评定标准
1、参评者当学期无无故缺席、迟到、早退记录。
2、参评者的成绩要求：
（1）如果参评者为大一新生，则该生必须成绩优异、表现突出。
（2）如果参评者为大二学生，则该生必须通过HSK五级。
（3）如果参评者为大三学生，则该生必须通过HSK六级。
3、在留学生招生宣传、学习活动中起到良好带头作用，协助老师完成班级教学和管理工作帮助同学适应学习生活的。
4、学院奖学金等级按综合测评成绩排名确定。
5、获得各类文体活动奖状、证书在测评成绩中可以获得加分，校级0.5分；市区级1分；省级1.5分；国家级2分，每项取最高分值，不重复加分。
第五章程序
第七条学院奖学金评选程序
1、每学期初进行上一学期“知行”奖学金的评选工作。
2、所属二级学院和国际教育学院汇总参评学生成绩，收集评选材料。
3、由所属二级学院和国际教育学院的领导、教师代表、班主任组成外国留学生奖学金评审小组对候选人材料进行审核，确定获奖者名单，报分管领导审批后进行公示。
4、由国际教育学院发文公布获得奖学金的学生，并予以表彰。
5、对已获得奖学金的学生，凡发现有弄虚作假、欺骗组织等行为，一经查实，将撤销其所有荣誉，追缴已发奖学金，并予以相应的纪律处分。
第六章附则
第八条本办法由国际教育学院负责解释。
第九条本办法自二零一八年一月八日起实施。
Evaluation method for scholarships for foreign students of CZIMT(Trial)
Chapter1General Provisions

Article 3 Judges must have the following conditions at the same time
1.Abide by the laws and regulations of China and the rules and regulations of the colleges and two levels of colleges and universities.
2.Respect the customs and customs of all countries and safeguard the solidarity and friendship between peoples.
3.Respect teachers, unite students, behave well and be willing to help students adapt to the learning life in China.
4.Study diligently diligently, the result is excellent;
5.Actively participate in various activities organized by the college and two level colleges, and have a good sense of teamwork.
Article 4 No one can participate in any scholarship in the following academic year.
1.Extend the duration of study;
2.Administrative punishable by violation of the relevant regulations governing entry and exit of aliens;
3. Those who are warned and punished for violation of school discipline and school regulations;
4. There were subjects who failed in the final examination of the course.
Chapter 3The establishment of awards.
Article 5 Academic scholarships
1. First class scholarship: the number of recipients is 2% of the total number of overseas students, and the reward is 1000 yuan per person.
2.Second-class scholarship: the number of winners is 6% of the total number of overseas students, and each person awards 800 yuan.
3. Third-class scholarship: the number of winners is 12% of the total number of overseas students, and each person awards 500 yuan.
Chapter 4The evaluation standard.
Article 6 Academic scholarship evaluation criteria
1. The participants were absent without any reason, late or early retirement.
2. Participants' performance requirements:
(1) If the participants are freshmen, the student must be outstanding and outstanding.
(2) If the participants are sophomores, the student must pass the HSK 5 level.
(3) If the participant is a junior student, the student must pass the HSK 6 level.
3. Play a good leading role in foreign students' enrollment publicity and learning activities, assist teachers to complete class teaching and management work to help students adapt to learning life. 4. The scholarship level is determined according to the comprehensive evaluation results.5. Achievement of various sports certificates and certificates in the evaluation results can be added, school-level 0.5 points; urban level 1 points; provincial level 1.5 points; national level 2 points, each take the highest score, no repeated points.
Chapter 5 Procedure
Article 7 Academic scholarship selection procedures
1. The selection of "knowing and doing" scholarship is conducted at the beginning of each semester.
2. The two level colleges and the International Education Institute of the Institute collect and evaluate the students' achievements and collect the materials for the selection.
3. A foreign student scholarship assessment panel composed of the leaders of the secondary institutes and the International Institute of Education, teachers' representatives and head teachers shall examine and verify the materials of the candidates, determine the list of the winners, and submit them to the competent leaders for examination and approval before publication.
4. Students who have been awarded scholarships by the International Institute of education are commended.
5. Students who have been awarded scholarships will be discharged from all their honors, recovered from their scholarships and given corresponding disciplinary sanctions if they are found to have committed fraudulent acts or cheated organizations.

Article 8 Method is explained by the International Institute of education.
Article 9 Measures have been implemented since January 8, 2018.
