一、考场规则
A. Exam rules
1.考生应提前五分钟进入考场，按监考人员指定的座位就坐。考生迟到超过二十分钟取消本次考试资格，作旷考处理。考试进行三十分钟后，考生方可离开考场。
1.Students should arrive at the exam room at least 5 minutes before the exam officially begins, and sit in the seat assigned by the invigilators. You will be unable to enter the room 20 minutes after the start of examination and will not be admitted. You will able to leave the exam room after the first 30 minutes of exam.
2.考生参加考试，必须携带“学生证”或其它规定的有效证件，否则不得参加考试。
2.Students must bring the “student ID” or other acceptable form of photo ID, otherwise you will not be admitted to the exam.
3.考生不得自带草稿纸，闭卷考试只准携带规定的文具用品入座，开卷考试除文具用品之外只准携带教师规定的书籍、手册；其它任何书籍、笔记等均须按监考人员指定的地方集中放置。
3.Students may not bring scratch paper or other unauthorized materials. You can only take authorized writing instruments into the room for close-book exams. For open-book exams, you can only bring authorized books and textbooks. Other books, notes or personal belongings should be placed together following the directions of the invigilators.
4.考生必须服从监考人员的管理和指挥，否则，监考人员有权取消其考试资格，该门课程作零分处理。
4.Students must follow all instructions given by examination supervisors, otherwise you will be disqualified in the exam, and will not get result for this subject.
5.考生应在规定时间内独立答卷；若试题字迹不清或有试卷错漏等其他情况，可举手询问，但不得要求监考人员对题意作任何解释或提示。
5.Students should answer the questions independently. You can raise your hand to ask the invigilators if there are any print errors,but you must not ask for any explanation or hints about the questions.
6.在考试过程中，考生不得任意起立或离开座位；有特殊情况必须离开考场的，须获得监考人员的准许。
6.During the exam, students may not stand up or leave the seat without permit. If you need to leave the exam room due to any emergency, you must ask the invigilators for permission.
7.考生答卷完毕，须将整份试卷同时交出，交卷后必须立即离开考场，不得在考场附近逗留或高声交谈。
7.Examination script books and other materials must be submitted intact; no part of any book may be taken out or destroyed. Students must leave the exam room immediately after submission, and should not stay around or talk loudly.
8.考试结束时间一到，考生应立即停止答卷，不得拖延交卷，并听从监考人员的安排，按规定提交试卷并离开考场。凡经监考人员催促仍不交卷者，监考人员可声明该卷无效，成绩以零分计。
8.All writing must cease when the final signal is given at the end of the examination time. Students must follow the invigilators’ arrangement, submit the exam paper and leave the exam room. If you ignore the warning and do not submit the paper, the exam supervisor has the right to claim the paper is invalid, and no grade will be given.
9.考生因病或其它特殊原因不能参加考试时，必须在考前向教务处提出书面缓考申请(请病假者，须持院保健站的病假证明)，经系部签署意见，经教务处批准后，方可缓考。
9. Students who are unable to attend the exam due to illness or other exceptional reason should submit a written application for deferment of examination (students ask for sick leave should show the certificate of sick leave from the school hospital). The application should be submitted to the dean’s office via the faculty.
10.无故旷考者，取消一次补考机会。
10.Students who are absent without reason, will not be allowed for supplementary examination.
二、违规行为的认定与处理
B. Identification and treatment of irregularities
（一）违规行为的认定
（A）Identification of irregularities
1.考生不遵守考场纪律，不服从监考人员的安排与要求，有下列行为之一者，应当认定为考试违纪：
1. Students who do not obey exams rules, do not follow the invigilators’ arrangements and requirements, with one or more behaviour listed below, should be identified as irregularities.
（1）携带规定以外的物品进入考场或者未放在指定位置的；
（1）brought unauthorized items into the exam room or did not place in the assigned place;
（2）未在规定的座位参加考试的；
（2）did not sit in the assigned seat;
（3）考试开始信号发出前答题或者考试结束信号发出后继续答题的；
（3）started writing before the start signal or continued writing after the ending signal;
（4）在考试过程中旁窥、交头接耳、互打暗号或者手势的；
（4）looked at other candidates’ work, talked to each other, or make secret signals;
（5）在考场或学院禁止的范围内，喧哗或者实施其他影响考场秩序行为的；
（5） made noise or other behaviour which affected exam room orders.
（6）未经监考人员同意在考试过程中擅自离开考场的；
（6）left the exam room without invigilators’ permission;
（7）将试卷、答卷（含答题卡、答题纸等，下同）、草稿纸等考试用纸带出考场的；
（7）took exam paper, answer sheet or script books out of the exam room;
（8）其他违反考场规则但尚未构成作弊的行为。
（8）other irregularities which broke exam rooms but not constitute cheating.
2.考生违背考试公平、公正原则，以不正当手段获得或者试图获得试题答案、考试成绩，有下列行为之一的，应当认定为考试作弊：
2.Students who obtained or tried to obtain exam answers or exam results, with the behaviours listed below, should be identified as cheating:
（1）请人代考和代人考试者；
（1） fraud in the exam—ask other person to take the exam or attend the exam for others;
（2）携带规定以外的与考试内容相关的文字材料或者存储有与考试内容相关资料的电子设备参加考试的；
（2）took unauthorized script materials or electronic devices stored exam-related materials;
（3）抄袭或者协助他人抄袭试题答案或者与考试内容相关的资料的；
（3）copied or helped others to copy answers and other exam-related materials;
（4）抢夺、窃取他人试卷、答卷或者强迫他人为自己抄袭提供方便的；
（4）wrested or stole other candidates’ exam paper, or enforced other candidates to provide convenience for copying.
（5）在考试过程中使用通讯设备的；
（5）used communication equipments during the exam;
（6）在桌面、手上或其他任何部位画写与考试内容有关的内容者；
（6）made drawing or writing about exam-related content on the desk, hands or any other parts;
（7）传、接物品或者交换试卷、答卷、草稿纸的；
（7）gave or took things with others or exchange exam papers, answer sheets and scratch papers;
（8）未经监考人员允许，借用他人的计算器、或开卷考试中借用他人的书籍、笔记本、文具等物品者。
（8）borrowed other candidates’ calculator, or books, notebooks, and writing instruments in open-book exams without invigilators’ permission;
（9）在答卷上填写与本人身份不符的姓名、学号等信息的；
（9）wrote name and student number which are not identical with the candidate on the paper;
（10）根据试卷卷面答题内容，经阅卷教师鉴定，并与学校有关部门共同确认属抄袭等行为者。
（10）according to the contents written on the answer sheets, the examiners and school department confirmed as cheating;
（11）以其他任何形式夹带或传递任何与考试有关信息者；
（11）carried or sent out any exam-related information;
（12）以其他任何手段窃取考试内容者。
（12）stole exam-related content with any methods.
（二）违规行为的处理
（B）Treatment of irregularities
1.凡有上述考试违纪行为之一或第一次作弊行为者，视情节根据《常州机电职业技术学院学生违纪处分条例》给予相应的处分；凡有第二次作弊行为者一律开除学籍。
1.Sanctions will be made to the students who had one of the mentioned irregularities or the first time of cheating,according to 《Changzhou Vocational Institute of Mechatronic Technology Student Irregularities Punishment Rules》; students who cheated for second time will be expelled.
2.作弊课程以零分记入学籍档案，该课程应予重修；因故不能安排重修者，经系主任批准，在毕业前给予一次补考机会。
2.The cheating student will be recorded as no mark for the subject in the study archive, and should retake the subject; if the student was unable to retake, a chance for supplementary exam will be given before graduation, with the permission of the faculty president.
3.在补考中作弊，除以零分记入学籍档案外，今后在校期间不再给予任何补考或重修机会。
3.Student cheated in the supplementary exam will be recorded as no mark for the subject in the study archive, and no chance of supplementary exam or retaking the subject will be given.
4.协同作弊者与作弊者同等处理。
4.Helping others cheating will be regarded as cheating.
5.处分结果布告全校并通知家长。
5.Punishment result will be announced to the school and parents.
（三）学生考试违纪、作弊的处理工作，由教务处统一办理。
（C）The treatments for exam irregularities and cheating are conducted by the dean’s office.
（四）考试后学生不得向教师无理纠缠分数，或用其他手段进行干预，如有类似行为，将视其情节给予批评或行政处分。学生对计分如有异议，可向教务处申请核查，由教务处按有关程序复核并解答。
（D）The student must not tangle with teachers for the exam scores, or use other method to intervene. If any similar behaviors exist, the student will be criticized or given administrative sanction. If there is an objection to the score, the student can apply for score checking, the dean’s office will conduct a score review and reply.
三、本规定由教务处负责解释，自发布之日起施行；任何上述条文中未包含的内容均由教务处负责研究决定处理方法。
C. This regulation shall be explained by the dean’s office, and goes into effect on the day they are issued; any information not mentioned shall be researched and decided for the treatments.
