1.凡入住留学生公寓的各国留学生，须遵守中国的法律、法规及我院的各项规章制度，尊重中国和其他国家的风俗习惯，尊重他人，相互理解，和睦共处。尊重他人隐私，未经允许，不可动用他人财产。
2.来我院学习的留学生，须持《录取通知书》、护照等相关材料到国际合作与交流处办理入住手续。留学生需按分配房间住宿，未经同意，不得私自调换、强占、转让或转租给他人。
3.在校学习期间，留学生一律在留学生公寓住宿，未经国际教育学院同意，不得擅自搬至校内其它场所或校外住宿。
4.寒、暑假期间，因各种原因留学生需要留校住宿的，须经国际合作与交流处书面批准。毕业时，须在学院规定的时间内办理退宿手续。因各种原因需要延期离校并继续住宿的，须经国际合作与交流处书面批准。留学生请假外出，以及节假日、寒暑假需离校返家或外出旅游而不能回到公寓住宿的，应提前到国际合作与交流处登记，返校后及时到国际合作与交流处报到。
5.留学生公寓6:00开门，22:00关门，节假日23:00关门。
6.在日常生活中，保持较低音量，不要影响他人休息和学习。请勿大声播放音响，吹奏乐器，唱歌及大声喧哗。
7.保持宿舍及厨房清洁。
8.宿舍内严禁抽烟酗酒。
9.损坏了宿舍内公物，留学生有义务向学校赔偿。
International Accommodation Rules of CZIMT
1. Behave with respect and consideration towards other residents, staff and your neighbors. This includes not using foul and abusive language, not using other residents' possessions without permission and respecting the privacy of others.
2. Please check in with the ‘Admission Letter and Passport’ in the International Cooperation & Exchange office.
3. The rooms have been assigned to students, and the rooms cannot be exchanged, transferred or rent. The students are not allowed to move to other place at campus or out of the campus.
4. If students want to stay in rooms during the Summer or Winter holiday, should submit a written application to the International Cooperation & Exchange office. Every student should check out when graduate. If students travel during the holiday, must tell teachers and keep in touch.
5. Opening time (working day): 6:00~22:00
Opening time(holiday & weekends): 6:00~23:00
6. Keep noise at a level that does not interfere with the study, sleep and comfort of other residents, staff and neighbors. This includes stereos, CD players, musical instruments, singing, shouting, etc. Reduce the level of noise immediately if asked to do so.
7. Keep your room in a clean state and carry out your share of cleaning in the communal areas, e.g. the kitchen. If the communal areas are not kept clean the warden or residence manager may issue a warning and request that the areas be cleaned properly.
8. You must not smoke and drink alcohol in any part of your residence.
9. Students shall be liable for damage caused to CZIMT property and are obliged to pay the damage to CZIMT.
