From January 1 to January 18, there are 53 events of the 2022 Jiangsu Vocational College Skills competition were held in the province. Our school sent 32 teams to participate in the competition. After fierce competitions, our teachers and students won 6 first prizes, 12 second prizes and 6 third prizes, of which 5 teams participated in the training and selection of the provincial preparation for the national competition.
The school attaches great importance to the skill competition. During the competition preparation period, Xu Chaoshan, Vice President of the School, has participated in the competition preparation seminars for many times, visited the skill competition bases of secondary colleges, supervised and guided the training of various competitions, cared about the participating teachers and students, solved the practical difficulties of teachers and students, and kept cheering the participating teachers and students.
With the full support of various functional departments such as the Student Affairs Office, the Logistics Office, the Information Construction Office, the Assets Office, the Audit Office, the Finance Office, the Propaganda Department and the Department of Safety and Security, the school successfully undertook two provincial competitions for the automotive technology the digital design and manufacturing of industrial products, and provided support for the return management, accommodation, preparation venues and other security work of all participating teachers and students.
The school has built a professional skills competition system of Trinity, three-decision coordination, and three competitions linkage and 48 professional skills training bases, and issued five systems such as the Administrative Measures for Student Competition. Through level-by-level competitions, the school promotes learning through competitions, stimulates the learning autonomy, enthusiasm and innovation of students, promotes the organic integration and spiral improvement of students' professional ability and professionalism, and it have given full play to the important role of the skill competition in the process of talent training and achieved gratifying results.
