In order to further promote the traditional virtues of the Chinese nation and guide international students to feel the charm of traditional culture, the College of International Education launched the activity of “Welcome Dragon Boat Festival - Wrapping Zongzi” in the afternoon of June 16.
At the event, the teachers and students placed the pre-soaked glutinous rice, reed leaves and other materials neatly on the table, and several experienced students demonstrated the process of wrapping rice dumplings, explaining in detail how to wrap the dumplings and the precautions to take. Afterwards, everyone picked up the leaves and tried their hand at wrapping the dumplings, learning from each other and helping each other. During the event, everyone was enthusiastic and full of laughter as they talked about the folklore of the Dragon Boat Festival while wrapping the Zongzi, and enjoyed the fun of wrapping the Zongzi.
